Walrus can be found at a number of places in Chukotka with the most reliable site (a day or so sail south of Anadyr) sometimes holding up to 5,000 animals. It is, however, always nice to see these animals on sea ice and this image was taken in Kresta Bay where good numbers were seen on the sea ice in July 2013 when this photo was taken.
