Gentoo Penguin (leucistic)
Leucistic Gentoo Penguins are very rare and although estimates vary, probably only 1 in 10,000 or so are like this. Probably the most reliable place to see them around the Antarctic Peninsula is at the Chilean Base of Gonzalez Videla (where this photo was taken) where in recent years there have been at least a couple of adults, as well as several youngsters, eg at least two hatched in 2011/12.
