Macaroni Penguin
Although many visitors to Antarctica hope to see Macaroni Penguins, in practice they are far from common although there are a few spots where they can be found with a degree of regularity in the South Shetland Islands. This shot was taken at Hannah Point where we saw a chick in 2013, although a couple of birds are also often present at Half Moon Island too.
